1. The Limitation of Static Chamber Testing

In Project ARC-ENV-02, static pressure tests under EN 12154 showed compliant results. However, under CWCT dynamic water penetration testing (where aircraft propeller turbines create pulsing gusts combined with torrential spray), gasket slippage was revealed at four corner transom junctions.

Corrective engineering required modifying the vulcanized EPDM corner corner-blocks and introducing secondary silicone baffle dams behind the rainscreen line.

Quality Assurance Pillars:
